The flat is accessed via secure entrance and has a spacious living / dining room with balcony, separate kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom.

The double room is fully furnished including wooden pine bed, wardrobe, bed side cabinent and has been recently decorated.

You'd be sharing with a laid back and tidy couple in their late 30s - one working in the arts and the other who has returned to university. We love the area and have lived her for several years now, so can provide lots of advice and ideas on what to do if needed.

The rent includes all bills including boadband, TV with netflix.
