Double room, in a flat to be shared with one other flatmate. The flat is a top floor flat in a traditional tenement in Leith Links. The flat faces south, which means we get 'all the sun' whatever that means in Scotland! The flat also has nice open views to Carlton Hill, Arthur Seat, and in the distance one can see Edinburgh Castle and the Balmoral Hotel (see photo). The flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk, there are about 10 different bus routes which will take you into town in less than 10 minutes (and you'll never wait longer than 2 minutes for a bus). In Leith we are spoiled by choice of different pubs and restaurants to all tastes and money, The Shore is just 5 minutes away, and you could also jog to Portobello beach in less than 25 minutes. To go for a pint or a coffee, you don't have to go far, as there are plenty of places at your doorstep. There are two big supermarkets nearby (Tesco and Lidl)and Victoria pool is also round the corner. The price includes all bills (gas, elec, CT and broadband). The room has a double bunk bed, desk and a wardrobe. There is a large living/dining room and the kitchen has all the white goods (dishwasher/washing machine etc). The shower room and the toilet is shared.
