Hello, my name is James and I'm currently looking for a housemate to fill a huge room with lots of light in this great little flat. I am an actor/writer/director and in my spare time love movies, socialising, galleries, museums, almost any artistic outlet and setting the world to rights over an ice cold beer/wine(except red, obviously).
I have 3 cats who are all friendly and very affectionate; Hal, Mac and Nero. The garden is a great space and I am looking to keep improving it over time, plus the living room will be redecorated within the next 4 weeks (obviously looks like the nightmare before Christmas on the photo). The kitchen is medium size and can fit two people cooking at the same time easily.

As a housemate I like a friendly vibe, with a nice social area, cooking for people and having a drink together. But I do like my privacy and will respect yours. I have a PS4, Virgin media box, excellent WiFi, a record player with great sound (You are welcome to use all)

I'm looking for someone to really live with. Someone who wants a cosy atmosphere, isn't too uptight but likes to keep things reasonably clean (hangover ignore days allowed), likes music, likes film and every now and again pop to the Rosendale (2 minutes walk away) for a drink.

This a great area and we are a 5-10 minute walk to West Dulwich or West Norwood Station and 1 station away from Brixton Tube. We're right in the middle of Dulwich and Norwood which are so different but equally fun and practical. The parking is free outside if needs be.

I don't mind couples but there will be a slight price difference due to bills etc.
