My flat mate had recently moved out and is looking for someone to rent the room.
The room is a big double, with own bathroom, theres a very large balcony, plus a shared balcony with everyone else on our floor and a roof terrace.
I like to live a relatively quiet life during the week, so would like someone similar. It would be great to live with someone who could become a friend as well as a room mate.
The location is great - the flat is opposite St Georges Island close to Castlefield and Deansgate and a 15 minute walk to Spinningfields. It's a brand new development, we were the first tenants.
