Lovely double room to rent in large furnished flat on Comely Bank Avenue. The room is a good size and looks over the back of the property onto the shared garden. The flat has a shared bathroom (electric shower over bath), spacious kitchen, and large living room. It has recently been painted throughout and has new appliances fitted. The room comes with double bed, wardrobe and two bedside tables. Other furniture is available if required.

I'm looking for a professional flatmate that is sociable and easy going. Someone who is happy joining me for the occasional glass of wine is a bonus, but not essential! I tend to come and go through the week depending on my work commitments, but am usually around at the weekends. I'm a keen runner and enjoy keeping fit, but don't take that stuff too seriously. At the weekend I enjoy meeting friends in the local bars and restaurants, or am equally happy staying in with a good movie.
