West End - Double room in beautiful 2 - bed flat

Hey everyone,

I'm GT, ex-world traveller turned student teacher. I've just taken out a 6-month lease in the most beautiful 2 bedroom flat in North Kelvinside, West End.

Flatmate would ideally be a mature(ish) student due to my council tax exemption, however, this is not a must as other options can be explored for the right person.

I'm looking for someone who is gonna share a home, maybe a beer or two and while I'm not an absolute clean freak we should be cleaning up after ourselves.

The location is perfect, in a fairly quiet little pocket (so not good for mad parties, sorry) yet just 12-minute walk from Byers & Great Western Road to get your groove on.
Queen Margaret Drive is just a few minutes down the road.

As you can see from the pics; the flat is super-modern, spacious, clean and funky fresh. The room itself comes with brand new bed and furnishings, built in mirrored-wardrobe, lamps and I'm awaiting delivery on brand new bedding.

The flat comes with all the trimmings; Superfast 100 MB fibre-optic broadband, Virgin TV, new cooker and boiler (energy efficient AF), huge fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also feel free to use any of my electrics.

Lastly, it should go without saying but no racists, homophobes or bigots please!
