En-suite Double bedroom available in West End Flat

Hello, I'm a young professional looking to find a friendly flatmate to share my West end home, 5 minutes walk from Botanic Gardens and 10 minutes to Byres Road and Hillhead/Kelvinbridge subway.

The room will be available at the beginning of January.

The room itself has its own en-suite shower room and comes furnished with double bed with storage underneath, free standing wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flat also has a large bright lounge and the kitchen (although small) has plenty of storage space.

Rent is £400 per month, and bills including internet and council tax are £65 per month. Gas/Electricity is paid quarterly but the flat is double glazed and 1st floor so very reasonable.

A bit about me; I'm a young professional looking for a friendly flatmate to share my home with. I enjoy going out with my friends the odd weekend but wouldn't class myself as a partier. I work 9-5 but would also be happy to share with someone on a different schedule. Because the flat is my home I like to keep the communal areas tidy.

The last time I used spareroom to find a flatmate we ended up good friends and I hope that happens this time aswell!
