The house is located in central Charminster just off Charminster Road which is a vibrant cosmopolitan area of Bournemouth with many shops, cafes and bars but this property is very quiet. It is ideally located with very good transport links as many buses pass through Charminster and it is within walking distance to Bournemouth town centre, Bournemouth University, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, J P Morgan, Bournemouth train station and the beautiful beach.
We have one dog which is in a separate area downstairs so pet lovers are essential.
There is fast wifi and cable TV in the communal kitchen/living area. There is a separate toilet downstairs for communal use. It is the responsibility of the sharers to keep communal areas clean and tidy at all times thus respecting their fellow housemates.
