We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

We offer this furnished SINGLE bedroom for £199.34 per month with a one off non-refundable £100 administration fee.

The accommodation is situated within Regent’s Parks residential roads and offers a highly coveted location, found moments the beautiful open spaces of Regent’s Park and within easy reach of the bustling amenities of Marylebone and Baker Street along with London Zoo and Madame Tussauds walking distance.

The accommodation is well connected to public transport there are several bus routes available within a short walking distance.

The room available to the Homesharer is a fully furnished single bedroom, single bed, large built in cupboard, chair.

A lovely gentleman in his early 90's he is very able and mobile but does not hear that well so also helps if the Homesharer can answer the phone when in the house and listen to the answer phone and relay any messages.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly, someone who is compatible with the householder.
The householder is looking for some companionship not just in the evening so someone who is flexible during the day and can offer this on some days of in the week and for someone who is clean and tidy. Their English should be good and should speak clearly and that they do not have a strong accent, this is because he is hard of hearing, accents are very difficult for him to understand and to pick out the words.

He is an interesting individual who is looking forward to the support and companionship that Homeshare will bring to him, someone who can integrate with our householder and communicate effectively with his daughters and keeping them updated with any issues

The room is available subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
