Bright, spacious room for rent in friendly house

**ROOM TAKEN**

I've moved abroad for a time and need someone to take my room until March. It's a large, double room with two windows, on the first floor right next to the bathroom. Furniture included is a double bed, wardrobe, large desk, chair, chest of drawers and nightstand.

The house is 5 mins walk straight down the road from a train station with trains to Piccadilly and about ten from Upper Brook Street. It's an older house but a warm, carpeted room that gets lots of natural light. It's a bit dated decoration wise but it's not terrible.

My housemates are a really friendly and social bunch of guys. They spend a lot of time together in the living room, where we have Sky+HD but if you prefer your own company more, that is totally fine. We are not 'lads', and there are often other friends and girlfriends round, which contributes to a really nice and friendly environment.

Rent + all bills is £300pcm, covering utilities, SkyTV, council tax, Fibre broadband etc.

We normally share mostly vegetarian communal food, but this is optional and you do not have to pay into this if you don't wish to.

Would suit a student or young person. Any potential tenant will need to meet most if not all of the housemates (based on who is in at convenient times) and your acceptance will be subject to everyone getting a good vibe from you. First month's rent to be paid immediately, then a date can be worked out for subsequent payments.
