This light room with loads of storage space is available for rent as of 1st January 2018.

Due to a change in personal circumstances it is with regret that I have to move out of this lovely Wandsworth split-level flat.

The remaining housemates are great friends of mine and they are lovely to live with; clean, good at cooking and all super friendly but respect each other's space.

We spend time in the open-plan living space catching up about our days and eating and drinking together, but we also respect each other's space.

The room has ample cupboard space and is right next to the bathroom, which you will share with one female housemate.

There is a Juliette balcony, an open-plan living room/kitchen/dining room, a double-height ceiling living space with balcony and access to the roof.

I am somewhat flexible about moving dates; the sooner the better preferably, however mid to late January is the latest I am looking to move.
