My double room has become available to move into as unfortunately I have had to go back home due to personal reasons.

The room is a spacious double bed within a four bed maisonette. It comes fully furnished, with built in wardrobes & desk, a double bed and a chair. The wardrobes are big and spacious offering plenty of storage to store your stuff, which is great!

The flat it self has a bathroom upstairs with an extra toilet downstairs. A spacious open plan living area and kitchen, perfect for relaxing and having flat meals. The kitchen and living area also walks out onto the balcony, which is great in the summer and lets lot of natural light in.

It is 5-10 minutes walk for Bermondsey station, where you can catch the Jubilee line for easy and quick access across London. Also running 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. (Canary Wharf 2 min, London Bridge 3 min). Bus stops are next door to the flat. Where you can catch the 1, N1, 381, N381 running 24 hours. Perfect for getting into the city quickly and easily.

Nearby amenities:
- Local shops (TescoExtra, Iceland, Poundland, Large ASDA 15 minutes walk away etc.)
- The Blue Market, Market offering fresh produce throughout the week
- The Arch Climbing Wall (rock climbing and bouldering)

The flat is available to move in now, but can be flexible within a week or so. The landlord is great, always ready to help and sort things out when needed. Also all bills are included within the price, meaning you don't need to pay for water, electricity or broadband.

The current flatmates are Ashley, Lewis and Diane who all work in Finance and Marketing. They are a lovely bunch, always friendly and super clean. They are always up for a flat meal or doing something when their lives allow them to. Other than work they enjoy going to the gym, cooking or relaxing at home.

This flat would suit anyone who is looking for a clean and friendly flat with easy/quick access into the city.
