A very large bedroom in a lovely Victorian flat in the middle of beautiful Little Venice is available for rent over the Christmas period. The room has huge ceilings, a large window view out to the garden, a king sized bed, a fireplace, tv and a wardrobe for storage.

The flat has a very charming (also high ceiling) living room and kitchen. The bath is really large as well.

The neighbourhood is one of the best in London. You are a 2 minute walk to the Little Venice canals and a 1 minute walk to a few local shops and restaurants (French, Italian, coffee shop). It is less than a 5 minute walk to Warwick Ave tube station on the Bakerloo line. It will take you 15 minutes to get to Oxford Circus Station, less than 20 minutes to Piccadilly.

A very nice couple is living in the other bedroom in the flat.

The flat has wifi, basic TV and everything you would expect except for central heating, but we have space heaters around the flat to keep it warm.

I'm looking to rent the room for a short stay over the Christmas period white I'm travelling from Wednesday, December 20th through Sunday, December 31st and would consider any shorter time during that period.
