double room available in spacious two storey flat. flat is part of an old 3 storey house divided into 2 flats. we have the top 2 floors. seperate kitchen and living room. bathroom with a shower only, no bath. we have a rolling lease with the landlord that we need to give a few months notice if we want to move out, so anyone moving in has to understand we need at least 1 month notice if you are moving out, more if possible.

We are two very sociable people and sometimes have friends over to socialise and some times to stay over. We are very easy going so would like someone similar. we are clean and tidy and respectful but are not clean tidy freaks and are quite relaxed about the house.

the photos in the ad are photos for one of he rooms, we might switch around rooms before the next person moves in but the other rooms are pretty much the same. the pics show the smallest room.
