Cosy double bedroom available in Corstorphine

Flexible move in date, the house can be made available before 31st October or after depending on your requirements.

I am a 33 year old professional female, currently working away from home.

You will have the house to yourself midweek, however I will be there most weekends. Due to the fact I am not around all the time, my parents will be popping in occasionally to collect my mail and do odd jobs as required around the house.

Guests will have use of one private double bedroom with a shared bathroom. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living area and back garden.

I am looking for a tidy, considerate female who will take good care of my house when I am not around. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood also, therefore strictly no parties or loud music.

Conveniently located, it is a 10 minute walk to Tesco and St John's Road, where you can catch buses to both the airport (15 mins) and City Centre (20 mins). The train station, with services to both the city centre (13 mins to Waverley) and Fife, is a 5 minute walk away. For working professionals, Edinburgh Park is a 20 minute walk.
