It is about a 25 minute walk into the city centre or there are several bus services running nearby. There is a small gym, concierge, bicycle lock ups and private parking available. The flat has gas central heating, patio doors in the living room, two large hall cupboards for coats and shoes, gas cooker in the Kitchen, Heated towel rails in the bathrooms and there is built in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
I am a 30 year old professional and spend most of my spare time at the gym or playing rugby, so when I am home I mainly like to chill out and cook or watch movies. I do like having friends over now and again to play games or have food together but don’t really party at home. I do like going out for dinner and drinks and am really sociable. I’m very chilled out and really tidy so just looking for someone similar.
Rent is £420 and then bills on top, under £600 all in.
