Lovely double room near Stormont & Ulster Hospital

This is a lovely, comfortable, well-equipped home owned by me (friendly, busy, professional woman).
There are 2 receptions - one a modern open plan lounge diner, and the other a snug lounge with open fire.
The lounge diner is semi-open plan to a large kitchen with all mod-cons - 5 ring gas hob, double oven and american fridge-freezer - perfect for anyone who loves cooking.

On summer evenings you can open the full width patio doors, and enjoy the south facing patio and garden.

Off-street parking, free broadband, gas central heating for instant hot water.

The bathroom is shared, and includes separate shower cubicle and bath. There is an additional toilet/cloakroom downstairs.

Although I don't currently have a dog, I plan to get a puppy very soon, so if you don't like dogs, this probably isn't the home for you.

My house is located in a quiet family-oriented street, with a good range of small shops and cafes close by. All the restaurants, cafes and bars of Ballyhackamore are a 5 min bus or 30 min walk away.
A bus stop is a few minutes walk with Glider buses every 10-15min to the city centre (15-20 min journey time).

The rent is all inclusive. Mon-Fri and short term lets are also possible, please get in touch for rates for shorter stays.

This is a quiet neighbourhood so definitely not a party house. I am looking for mature, respectful, friendly and easygoing lodgers. Please email initially, telling me a little about yourself, and what you need.
