Property was refurbished back in 2016, everything is brand new!!!

Only a 10 min walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR station, South East trains or Plumstead station, very close proximity to Plumstaed bus station, also a 10 min walk from the soon coming Crossrail therefore really good location for central London commuters.

As you can see from the pictures everything is pretty much always kept clean and tidy, cleaners attend the house once a week and clean it top to bottom, all tentats are expected to clean after theirselves after the use of wetrooms and the kitchen.

all rooms are furnished and we have garden with a brick BBQ, great for summer and more than welcome in accommodating people in. I'm happy for people to stay over within reason howver I won't accpet lodging.

Im a very easy going landlord, only 4 main rules, no shoes on the carpet, wash your dishes before bed, leave the wetrooms how you found it and pay the rent monthly.
