Large sized double room, centre of Caversham! 🏡

Hello!
Me and my housemate Elliott are looking for a new housemate from the mid/end of May as our current housemate is moving away for a new job. We've had the house for nearly 4 years now and love living here. It's a 2 min walk to Caversham, about a 10/15 min walk to the station and more importantly a minute walk to the pub, hopefully this will come in handy soon!
The house is a newly decorated terraced with newly painted walls and carpets throughout and has road parking if needed. The house feels very spacious with a living room (with virgin broadband) , a large kitchen with a table and chairs, lovely garden perfect for bbqs in summer, a single spare room for visitors to stay if needed. The room it's self is a really good sized double and room on the ground floor. All bills included and no fees.
We're both very easy going and are looking for someone friendly and like minded 😊 we're a social house who like a glass of wine and movie together but then like our own space too.
We have a gorgeous cat called Meeko. He's out most days chasing leaves and twigs thankfully not mice and usually keeps himself to himself.
