Bright Spacious Double Room with own Bathroom

Hello!

We're looking for someone/a couple to fill the second room in our amazing 2 bed flat in the Highgate/Archway area as sadly our current housie is moving back home to Barcelona.

The room is spacious with two massive windows so gets plenty of light and fresh air, and has a big radiator for the coming winter. It'll also come with the bed, desk, huge cupboard and our housemate is looking to sell her bookshelf in the corner too. You also have your own private bathroom (fitted with bath and shower head, heated towel rack).

A bit about us: we both work in creative industries, I'm a working actress, passionate about theatre, film, the environment and do yoga! Yuan is a freelance film director and composer, speaks french, and loves going to gigs, film festivals and travelling. He's also a secret nerd and loves video games.

We've lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it - it's bright, spacious, surrounded by trees and in such a good location! We're looking for housemates who are chilled, clean and have similar interests - up for the odd dinner/movie/chat over tea - but also like their own space. We also want whoever moves in to feel like they're at home and like it's equally their flat, not just like they're moving into someone else's place.

A bit about the flat:
- 3 minute walk to Highgate station, 15 minute walk to Archway station (both Northern line - night tube - kerching!)
- Bus stop right across the street with night buses
- Sainsbury's Local across the street
- 5 minute walk up to Highgate Village - lots of great pubs/cafes
- 15 minutes walk to Muswell Hill - big Sainsbury's, M&S, lots of charity shops and cafes
- Highgate Wood/Waterlow Park/Hampstead Heath all within walking distance
- Free Parking in own private driveway
- It's on the second floor so extra safe, plus the rest of the building are lovely chill neighbours
- Very helpful, generous landlords
- Central heating
