The room available is a spacious airy and comfortable, large double room at the front of the flat. (See photos)
The flat is shared with Tom and Jess and the adorable pooch ‘Pig’.
There is a shared bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin and storage.
The large lounge has a sociable seating area and a dining table and is comfy and welcoming.. perfect to curl up with a book or sit with some friends having a wine or two. It leads out to a private, planted back yard with seating.
The utility room (feel free to use the washing machine and dryer) separates the second bedroom (Jess and Tom’s room) from the flat, so no chance of disturbing anyone!
The flat has a well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink and all the pots and pans you could ever need (use whatever you need!)
The flat also features the cuddliest most loveable pooch called, ‘Pig’!

Ideally looking for a short term let 1-3 mths, but longer considered. .
Bills are included and cover broadband WiFi, Council tax, water, gas, electricity and phone line ( but not phone calls)
If your stay is 6 weeks or less, then althe rent will be increased slightly to £850 a month uoncober the resulting empty period.
But also, discuss your requirements, time frame and budget, because if everyone’s aims are met, we are happy to compromise and work something out! Especially as there are no references and landlord fees to pay - which saves a packet!
