I am a 32 year old professional looking to rent out my spare room for up to 3 months. I'm not really looking for anything permanent so this would suit someone who is between contracts or looking to test out the area before signing a long term contract.
The flat is spacious and clean and you will have your own bathroom as well as access to the on site gym. It is located on City Road East and has all the amenities of First Street on the doorstep. It isn't in Hulme as the ad implies but for some reason, that's the only option I had.
I'm very sociable but respectful of other people's space. I work in advertising and tend to be out quite a lot in the week as well as most weekends.
All bills are included - electricity, council tax, water, broadband, Sky TV, Netflix etc.
