We have a four-bedroom semi-detached house in Coldean within walking distance to the both Sussex and Brighton University. The No. 24 bus stop is 30sec away from the door step and the No. 25 bus stop is only 5min away, both buses can take you to the centre of the city. A27 is also just minutes away.
3 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor along with the shared bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms is located in a ground floor along with the 2nd bathroom, shared living room, kitchen, and conservatory. The house has a south facing garden, off street parking and on street parking is also available with free permit.
