Its a good sized furnished double room with ensuite in a four bedroomed, 3 toileted, 1 kitchened and 1 livingroomed new build flat. One shower/bath and another shower. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Ruskin Park and if the hill climb doesn't put you off, there are some nice views over the city. Aldi, Tesco, the Infirmary Road tram stop (blue and yellow lines), Blake Hotel pub, Ponderosa park, and every kind of takeaway are all within 5 minutes of the flat.
Current occupants are 3 young professionals who work Monday-Friday. We enjoy weekly pub quizzing, football, comedy club and are partial to a takeout and TV binge.
