I am the current tenant who is planning to move back home and looking for a person to takeover the tenancy with my flatmate (who is amazing btw). We are literally a 2 minute walk away from Southfields station (district line) with Tesco, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer's just a stone throws away. Its a great neighbourhood, pretty chilled and safe.

Spacious double room with a wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. The room is HUGE and full of light (super quiet as its at the back of the apartment). I am sad to be leaving, its so beautiful.....

About Amy

My flat mate Amy who you will be living with is a 27 year old Assistant Psychologist. She loves reading, writing, painting and running in her spare time. She has a good balance between being sociable and outgoing but also respecting your privacy. She will always be keen to have dinner or a drink together (with a good chin wag!). She also has some serious baking skills, you will need to persuade her to apply for the bake off!
