Hello, my current lodger has had to move out so looking for a new lodger to rent the top room in my house. Fully furnished, light, airy and clean...a private and quiet space. The room has an additional room at the side ideal for storage.
The house is a 5 min walk from Woodlesford station, 10 mins into Leeds centre and there is plenty of parking outside the house with easy access to the m62 and m1 for commuting.
I work as a mosaic artist , often working from home in the converted cellar studio. I'm looking for someone easy going and happy to share my home with a cat. If all this initially sounds like somewhere you would like to live please get in touch to visit, that's the best way to know isnt it.
