Bright & cozy room in newly refurbished apartment

Shared sitting room

Hello,

There is a lovely double room looking for an occupant in my apartment!

The room:
The room is spacious and very bright and comes with an ottoman bed offering plenty of storage space, a desk, a 3-door wardrobe and a built-in storage. The room has a TV plug. Move-in date is flexible as my current flatmate is looking to move out towards the end of October but is open to leaving the room earlier if needed.

The flat:
The flat is a newly refurbished ex-council flat and features a big, fully equipped separate kitchen, a bright spacious sitting room, a bathroom with a shower and a bigger bathroom with a bathtub.

The position:
The flat is a few minutes walk from Drayton Park station and Holloway Road station. Shops and restaurants are in close proximity, including a coop that is open until late and only a few steps away.
Holloway road is lively and diverse, and a fun place to live in.

The flatmate:
I am 32 and work in a scientific magazine. As most of us, currently I work from home most of the time. I like cooking, reading and sharing a glass of wine after work. I like chatting, but I am also respectful of other people's privacy. I am looking for an easy going flatmate willing to contribute to a cozy and homey atmosphere.

All bills (council tax, internet, electricity, gas) are included.
