GREAT room free right outside Tooting Bec tube!

Hey there! We’re Charlotte and Georgie, both 35 year old Aussies been living the London life for about 7 years each so consider ourselves locals now :) Georgie is a English teacher, and Charlotte works as an Exec Assistant in Soho. We have our own lives, but catch up some evenings over some good telly (we love a bit of Bake off & Luther) and a cuppa/vino. Both easy going, normal girls who respect the house and each other and think cleanliness is super important.

The flat:
The room is a cosy double and comes with the bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and good size wardrobes.
Our place is a lovely warm 3 bedroom flat in an amazing location right by Tooting Bec tube station. There’s an M&S just a minutes’ walk up the road, Lidl and Sainsbury’s also are right within a couple of mins walking distance. Loads of bus connections right outside too. It’s a shared living room & kitchen sitch and you would share a bathroom just with Georgie as Charlotte has her own en suite.

Our ideal flatmate:
You are between 30 to 40 years old, work a normal 9-5pm, don’t bring the party back to the house all the time, up for a chat some evenings but balance that with having your own stuff going on too, treat the place like your home not just a room you rent, and keep things clean and tidy. Pretty standard, right?

The boring bits:
Rent is £445 pcm
Bills are about £90 per month depending on gas/elec and you will take some of the bills on in your name
There is a cleaner who comes fortnightly which is approx £10 each
Move in date is Sunday 10th Feb
