We're looking for a new flatmate to replace our housemate Phil who is sadly moving out to go traveling somewhere fun with no snow.

The place is great, it's in a gated community (so very safe!) semi-detached house spread over three floors. On the ground floor we have a living room/dining room, kitchen and a downstairs loo. On the first floor there's two bedrooms, and then on the top floor there are a further two bedrooms (one would be yours) and a shared bathroom, which you don't have to use as your room has an en-suite.

We also have a garden (well... paved area... if you squint hard enough in to the sun you could pretend there is grass) which is PERFECT for barbeques especially as we're coming in to summer. I think we have two BBQs in the garden (I don't know why).

We're also right next to the common - perfect for lazy weekends!

The current housemates are myself (Emma) - I work in social media and website stuff. Seb, who works in pharmacy branding (I think. I do try and understand what he does but it doesn't work), and Lisa, the newest member of our house, who is in law and does lots of baking. Seb and myself have been here for over two years, so we would love someone looking for something long term too.

We like the usual kind of stuff; we play a lot of netball/tag rugby, watching TV, having friends over, drinking beer/wine - and we'd love someone similar who's not a room hermit.

Including all bills, the room comes in at £800 a month. That includes a weekly cleaner. It also includes things like loo roll/kitchen roll/dishwasher tablets - basically you'll never have to buy anything communal.

We're looking at doing viewings on Monday 26th March and Wednesday 28th March.
