The property is one of six flats in a beautiful block surrounded by communal gardens and less than a minute's walk from the gorgeous Greenwich park. It is located in a very safe neighbourhood in Blackheath with on street parking if needed.

The property is also conveniently located for getting around; a bus from nearby can get you to North Greenwich tube station in 10mins and it's a 5-7 mins walk to Maze Hill station (12mins to London Bridge, about the same to Cannon Street). A walk through Greenwich Park takes you to Cutty Sark station - another easy commute for Canary Wharf.

You will be sharing the flat with myself. I'm a junior doctor and have loved staying at the flat for the last four years. My flatmate of three years has moved out and looking for someone temporary over the summer, for now. I would like someone to take her place who will treat the place like a home and respect the space and privacy of their fellow housemate.

This is definitely not a party house and would suit someone mature, looking for a quiet and peaceful flat-share where their space and privacy will be respected. At the same time it would be nice to chat over tea/dinner every now and then.
