Located on the first floor, your room is a good sized double. It comes furnished with a comfy double bed, a bedside, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This room has ample storage and still space for you to bring in your own desk or sofa. Listed as room 2 on the floor plan.

House:

The house has 7 other rooms (which makes a total of 8 people). Although it doesn't feel so busy due to the great facilities very big kitchen and lounge) and people's different work schedule's.

It's awesomely designed with 2 other en-suite bedrooms, a further 5 bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms. There is a MASSIVE kitchen which has 2 ovens, hobs, as well as 2 fridge freezers and lots of cupboard space. There is also a great lounge space with a massive corner sofa and there's also a large dining table which means the space can easily accommodate all of the housemates, there's also a lovely garden accessed via large bi-folding doors from the living space. On top of this there's a separate utility room which benefits from both a washing machine and separate dryer.

Off-street parking (parking on the drive way) is available at £50 per month. Unfortunately the Council won't give us on-street parking permits, so if you're bringing a car you'll either need to pay the £50 or you'll need to see where you can park without restrictions, but that will be your responsibility.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this)

The Area:

Ealing Common is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with lots of parks nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Ealing Common parade really close with it’s cute coffee shops and nice bespoke shops also have the benefit of living still within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which has more mainstream shops and restaurants.

We are Kingdom Houses and we are a professional landlord company that endeavors to take good care of the property by having a team available to answer questions, fix things if they break, look after the gardens and make sure the communal spaces stay clean and tidy. We make sure to also to follow the governments guidelines and wear masks when we attend the property and always inform people beforehand. One of our coolest and latest features is that we have a notification system, we call it the INS, and we use it to send an SMS to all tenants before we access a property. So you are always aware of our movements and are able to quarantine yourself if you feel unwell.

Internet and working from home (WFH)

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The house has 2 single occupants in the other ensuite room and 5 single occupants in the other rooms. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
