Refurbished Room

Double room in a lovely location offers privacy and security. Chelmsford is only 4.5 miles away from us. The room is on the first floor with a large bathroom with bath, shower head, kitchenette, which will be shared with the other house-share., who is respectful and privacy can be assured.

The room is light, one double room with 1 set of linen/towels. within the room is 3 double wardrobes, drawers, a chair, bedside table, and place to work. With a TV with Freeview,, broadband is provided. There is a table with chairs, kettle, cups, glasses are within the room. The room is big enough to leave the table and chair up all time in the corner.

There is a oven/rings, fridge, sink, toaster and kettle for the sole use of the two room occupiers only. All cooking utensils are provided. Cleaner comes in every other week to clean bathroom and cooking area, hall and stairs. These areas are kept clean at all times and redecorated within the last month.

There is a washing machine and clothes dryer to use for the two occupiers . This makes the upstairs facilities self contained. for the two rooms There is off road parking for several cars.

We are close to the A12, M11, M25, within easy reach of Harlow, A10, and A1.. We are 4 miles from Chelmsford and Railway station. We are on the bus route direct to Chelmsford, Stansted and Ongar, Dunmow are all within easy access. Stansted Airport is 30 minutes (or even quicker if take back route) away, very easy to get to. Ingatestone is 10 minutes away, Romford 25-30 minutes away.

The village is within walking distance with church, and pub. Writtle is within very easy distance from us, being 5 minutes drive away, there is a co-op, post office and shops.. There are lovely walks within the area.

The landlords are professional people, who have clear DBS. We are friendly easy going people who live on the ground floor.
