Double room in spacious house in Muswell hill

Double room in a large 4 bedroom house (1 boxroom used as storage, so sharing with only 2 other people). Equal distance from Highgate station and Muswell Hill Broadway (10 mins walk), 1 min walk to 43/134 bus stop.

Both living room and kitchen are large and there’s is plenty of storage, if needed. The kitchen overlooks Highgate wood, so does the small roof that everyone has access to. Double room and living room face the main road.
We would prefer someone who’s easy-going and works full-time, with no pets and not smoking in the house. As we both have various work shifts patterns, there may be days when we won’t see each other much, so would prefer someone independent.

All bills are included except for electricity which comes up to no more than £30 pp/month in winter.
