Room available in 2 bed flat on king street, 2 mins walk from Stamford Brook (district) tube, 5 min walk to Chiswick with lots of bars and cafes and 15 min walk to Hammersmith. There is a bus at the end of the road that takes you to oxford street in 30 minutes. There is also a lovely park a 2 minute walk away.

Flat is top floor above a shop- on main road so very safe at night.

The flat has kitchen/lounge with 2 sofas and dining table. Bathroom with shower over bath and 2 double bedrooms.

Bedroom available is medium sized with double bed (new mattress put in last year) wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a desk available. Large window so is very light and airy.

There is a large storage area outside the flat just for us- ideal if you have a bike or larger items.

We have lived in the flat for 2.5 years. It was freshly painted when we moved in.

Bills are roughly 85-95 a month. That’s gas elec, tv licence, water and council tax.

You will be sharing with Emma who is 28. I moved in with Emma 3 years ago through spare room- I hadn’t even met her just spoke on phone- and have stayed with her ever since which says a lot. She is clean, tidy, fun and respectful- she works for sky and is not working from home so this also means you often have flat to yourself if you are 😊

The contract is done through an agency but managed by landlord who is great and owns the shop downstairs, which is helpful if you lock yourself out!

The landlord can be flexible on contract arrangements.

I am very flexible on move in date.
