Large, light airy room and study area
Hello, looking to replace my current lovely post-graduate student. Fantastic large room (double size but with a single bed) on ground level of the terraced Victorian house just a short walk from Abbey, around 12-15 minutes. Large family bathroom (shared) on same floor as bedroom with a separate 1.5m walk-in deluge shower and separate bath. New combi boiler installed recently and brand new washing machine.
I have two, quiet, teenage children who live with me on a part-time basis. Our ginger and white tabby is very soft and friendly and quite non-allergenic! Previous share is allergic to cats but has had no problems.
The outdoor space is extensive with a 40m garden including a lovely decked area on which to enjoy the view to the Abbey.
In the kitchen the cooker is a reconditioned 1950's Aga (all instruction will be given, if necessary!) Makes great fluffy rice! There is a large wooden dining table for meals. There is plenty of worktop space available for food prep or baking.
The house is in a no-through road with permit on street parking. If you have your own vehicle a pass can be purchased from the Council. It's a very quiet road yet only minutes from the centre of the city or University.
The rent includes all bills including super fast broadband, just up-graded. This room would suit someone who wants somewhere quiet to study or live.
