I have a room to rent (house-share) in a modern detached house situated in a quiet residential area with off street parking close to all amenities (not far from the Humber Bridge) M62 and with close access to both Hull Royal Infirmary, Castle Hill, and Spire Hospitals.
The house comprises of lounge, dining kitchen with all the usual appliances, largish secluded garden.
To the first floor is a modern bathroom with power shower. The room is furnished with comfy double bed, has fitted wardrobes, drawers, TV, Wi-Fi connection included in the rent
My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
My housemate would ideally be Mon – Frid, – a tidy and friendly person, someone who will respect my home and use it as their home also. I am a mature professional person usually out at work during the day and would prefer someone who is also working, is. a non smoker, and not too noisy.
