Double room SW19,400pcm inc. bills
SUIT QUIET SINGLE PROFESSIONAL NON SMOKING INDEPENDENTLY MINDED PERSON.
The room is very bright and suitable for a responsible single male or female who is looking for a quiet room.
I am looking for a male or female lodger to take room on 1st floor with seperate bathroom.
THE 1ST FLOOR HAS ITS OWN SEPERATE BATHROOM FEATURING POWER SHOWER. The house is very close to shops and Wimbledon Common for nature.
About the room:
A bright double room with CENTRAL HEATING comes furnished with a chest of drawers, double bed, and side table. THERE IS VERY AMPLE WARDROBE AND STORAGE SPACE JUST OUTSIDE THE ROOM IN THE CORRIDOR. £400 pm/bills included.
Even if I am a live in landlord, I like my tenants to have their own space. The first floor of the house is for their use only with own bathroom.
About the house:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine and two fridges.
The house is located 5 minutes walking from Southfields station(District LIne) and is also well connected by bus to Wimbledon, Putney and Clapham via 93, 39 and 493 buses.
There are lots of amenities and grocery stores nearby including a big shopping center(Southside). The area is green and peaceful. Wimbledon Common is a stone's throw away from my house.
