A bright double room with CENTRAL HEATING comes furnished with a chest of drawers, double bed, and side table. THERE IS VERY AMPLE WARDROBE AND STORAGE SPACE JUST OUTSIDE THE ROOM IN THE CORRIDOR. £400 pm/bills included.

Even if I am a live in landlord, I like my tenants to have their own space. The first floor of the house is for their use only with own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a table, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine and two fridges.

The house is located 5 minutes walking from Southfields station(District LIne) and is also well connected by bus to Wimbledon, Putney and Clapham via 93, 39 and 493 buses.

There are lots of amenities and grocery stores nearby including a big shopping center(Southside). The area is green and peaceful. Wimbledon Common is a stone's throw away from my house.
