The flat is a fab Victorian villa over two floors on a quiet side street just off Dalkeith Road.

Bright and spacious shared kitchen and dining area, with range cooker and dishwasher, washing machine, and 3 fridges for food storage.

There are 3 bathrooms. One downstairs with bath and 2 shower rooms upstairs, one also with bath. So never any need to queue.

Sharing with a great mix of nationalities who are all are professional working folk, everyone is friendly and relaxed.

Just now we have 4 lasses and 1 lad. This is a quiet and comfortable home perfect for relaxed Edinburgh living.

Each week the communal areas are cleaned and this is also included in the rent to keep the home clean and comfortable.
