The £600.00 monthly rent includes ALL bills.
I offer a cosy, quiet, fully furnished & beautifully decorated room with a super comfy double bed ( for SINGLE occupancy) , in an amazing location in the Montpelier area in Central Brighton. The bedroom also has a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers .
Ideally you will be a professional ( or student) working Monday to Friday 8/9am to 5/6pm who would like a home away from home.
The bedroom is set at the end of the property making it private from the rest of the flat, the shared bathroom ( sharing with myself ..the landlady) has a bath and great shower ... it’s also next to the spare bedroom .
The lounge/kitchen is open plan and shared with myself , well equipped and comfortable with all mod cons , it also includes my personal work space.
The flat is in a fantastic location , it’s just a 4 minute walk to Waitrose with bus stops serving all parts of the city . Churchill Square is an 8-10 minute walk.
The sea is a short 8 minute walk and Brighton Station a fifteen minute walk away. There is also a lovely local park , a relaxing green space with a cafe 10 minutes walk from the flat.
I’m looking for a quiet, easy going , vegetarian (or vegan preferably) , and to be respectful of my home and just so you know this is not a party apartment but I’m a very friendly landlady !
I often work from home ...so I would prefer somebody who will respect and understand that.
