Our Bramhall St (WA5 1AT) Property is ideally placed for someone wanting easy access to the Town Centre (with non of the noise and parking problems that go with Town centre addresses) or who works for one of the companies at the nearby Omega site (such as Amazon, Hermes, The Hut Group or Royal Mail) and wants an easy commute.

Renovated in 2018, this property is spacious and well equipped with modern, good quality furniture.

With just 5 rooms, you will be sharing with a maximum of 4 other people, though often it is likely to be less than this.

We prefer long term tenancies, as this gives you certainty and allows us to get to know each other better, but equally, we realise that some people are looking for something shorter term, so please do feel free to approach us about shorter lets (3 months minimum please).

Our shared properties make great stepping stones for someone aspiring to rent bigger and better - we operate family homes and apartments as well, and so are always happy to see tenants who rent rooms from us progressing on to bigger and better things and taking on a place of their very own.

Rooms at this property vary from between £80 - £105 per week including all bills.

We also have awesome wifi, and a weekly cleaner who visits the property to keep the shared areas clean and tidy!
