A recently refurbished 3 bedroom house located in zone 3 with new double glazing, walls, ceilings, wooden flooring throughout the house, design fitted kitchen and bathroom (with wetroom walk in shower) and furniture. All appliances in the house are also brand new including the gas boiler, washing machine and American style fridge.
Good transport links in the area. Upton Park & East Ham stations (district line), Woodgrange Park and Forest Gate stations (both overground) are all between 10-15 minutes walk away with Stratford station a 15 minutes bus ride away. Bus stops are located from between 2-7 minutes walk away from the property (depending on where you’re going). Tesco, Iceland, Boots and Superdrug are all within walking distance with Sainsburys and Morrison’s a short bus ride away. Only street parking is available for which you’ll need a permit, however this is free and easy enough to apply for.
I’m ideally looking for a female housemate (to add some balance to the household) who’s easy going and sociable. Someone who wouldn’t mind sharing a meal or a drink or two every now and again. The ideal person should be a decent cook but not essential as I’m a pretty good cook myself however a sense of humour is essential!
Needless to say, I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
