I am looking to share with a conscientious, friendly flatmate who loves cats as a gorgeous, fluffy black cat also lives here.

If you want to know the area, it’s two minutes walk to Oatlands Village cafes, shops and pubs and 15/20 mins walk to Weybridge or Walton-on-Thames town centres which have a great array of shops, riverside pubs, restaurants and cinema.
1.2 miles to Walton-on-Thames train station (7 mins bike ride / 20 mins walk) with fast trains 25 mins to Waterloo and 1.3 miles to Weybridge train station. On the road it’s easy access to M25, M3, A3, and Brooklands, Bushy Park, Hampton Court, Richmond Park, Kingston upon Thames are just a few miles away.
