We have a single room in a flat which pines single bed, a big wardrobe with shelves and mirror inside. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room with a warm sofa and four chairs dining table. (@ The bills covered building insurance, Sky wifi, property services, council tax, microwave, Window cleaning services, etc .)
"Reminder" The electricity bill is not covered in the rent, so it should be £ 360 + £10 per month (or £20 depends on the electricity bill, add £ 20 usually happen during the wintertime.
For roommates who look for a short time contract（less than one year), the single room will cost £ 400 per month and plus electricity bill as above "Reminder".
Moving date is starting by 10th September 2019 ( Cos two people are currently staying my place!)
Travel on the 61, 60A, 60,10 bus route to the city centre (15 -20mins ).
On the eight buses to Byre Road, Botanic garden, Partick, Hillhead, west end road. All buses pass to Maryhill shopping centre, GP, sport centre
( 10mins warking ) post offices.
The flat is 2 mins walking to Maryhill train station. Lots of train pass to Queen Street train station, Anniesland cross.
Lots of local shops are nearby such as 24 hours Tesco, Asda (10mins warking only) Mcdonald, farm food (4mins walking) convenient stores (day-to-day), take away shops, bars and restaurants.
