We seek clean , friendly and considerate working professionals to become part of this household. There are 4 generously sized double rooms, all furnished to a high standard.

In a lovely PO5 sought after Southsea location, directly behind Albert Road, with easy access to all the local bars, restaurants, and entertainment at the Kings Theatre, and other popular bars and restaurants.

Our Rooms:

There are 4 lovely Double rooms in the house all decorated with a clean, neutral and contemporary decor. They’re all furnished to a very high standard, and ready to move into. All have double beds complete with comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep; a bedside table, chest of drawers and either a built in or brand new freestanding wardrobe.

Bills & Amenities:-
- All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water and TV License)
- Full use of well-equipped shared kitchen, including cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. and washing machine.
- There is a main family bathroom.
- Full use of fast fibre-optic Wi-fi (Unlimited)
- Regular Cleaner for communal areas
- 5 mins to Portsmouth Town Centre amenities and easy access to both Portsmouth&Southsea, and Portsmouth Central train stations.

Fees:
These rooms are available upon payment of a Security Deposit which is equivalent to One Months Rent which will be logged and registered for the duration of your tenancy.. Then the monthly rental is payable in advance on the day before moving in; and monthly on 1st of every month thereafter.

About You:
We are seeking professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a six-month minimum tenancy is required. Unfortunately we cannot take couples, those not working/receiving benefits or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
