Large single room, Shared toilet situated beside your room. Shower over bath. Kitchen through living area.
All bills are included, as well as evening meals.
Garden in 2 halves, the vegetable plot and the lawn area, lovely to sit out on early morning and late afternoon.
That's if you can stop playing with the 2 Saint Bernards , one an old 8 year old and to be honest an annoying 1 year old. If they leave you alone, there's also the two ginger cats.
I do try and keep the house as hair free as possible, but some days it's an up hill battle.
Looking for a lodger that is good humoured, and a pet lover.
Only cleaning required from you, would be - look after your own room and tidy up after yourself in the shared rooms.
