Hi All,

Bright and spacious double room available from 23 Jan in a good location close to Brixton underground and with good transport links to Clapham Common and London Bridge. The area is quiet and Brockwell Park is nearby which is great for sunny days and exploring.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes, and separate space for storage above the wardrobes. There are two bathrooms so you share with one other person only. The furniture can be removed if you need an unfurnished space.

All bills are included, gas, electric, water, council tax and super fast Broadband (250mbps download speed) internet for £650. No deposit is asked to keep things simple, I would just need a couple of weeks notice when you leave. Long term or short term considered.

The house is pretty chilled and I am looking for someone similar with a good work/life balance.

The room is available now and viewings are flexible.
