Tenancy Terms

We are able to provide flexibly license terms, rent is to be paid monthly in advance and includes ALL rates, bills, broadband and utilities. We also require our tenants to be fully referenced and pay a 6 week deposit prior to occupation which will be returned at the end of the tenancy if the room is kept in sound condition.
