Monthly rent of £900 includes all bills - high-speed internet, gas, electricity and water, BUT DOES NOT include council tax (You only pay council tax if you are working full time).
The house is a generally quiet place and always clean and tidy (we have strict rules about this). If you are a person who likes big parties and have regular dinners, then maybe this is not for you (sorry!). If you want your own space with nice people and no disturbance, then this is the ideal place for you,
