GREAT double bedroom in heart of brentwood

So Really need someone ASAP!, because of this I can be slightly flexible with price so if it is out of your budget still get in touch as should be able to work something out...anyway so have Nice little apt in an excellent location in a charming road just off Brentwood high street, close to all the essential shops & gym, as well as the train station being within a few mins walk away.

It’s available from 1st of December although flexible with move in dates, ideally sooner the better really. The room itself is a very good size with plenty of light, double bed, wardrobe, computer desk, also a fridge so almost self contained. You also have a lot of privacy due to no immediate neighbours on either side of the apt.

I'm looking for a relaxed easy going person, and have to say would prefer women as they're generally more homey, and easier to get on with.
Other things worth a mention are fast unlimited internet, all bills included. Potentially happy to do short and/or long term depending on situation. Any questions feel free to ask: )look forward to hearing from you soon!
