Cat-loving, female lodger required!
I’m looking for a female lodger (aged approx 25-35) to share my beautiful home with two others.
I’m currently working/living away in a new city and don’t wish to let the whole house yet. Therefore my other two lodgers remain and look after the house for me. One lady works in textiles and the other in admin. They are both really lovely and friendly, and look after the house beautifully. They’re looking for someone sociable who want to make it their home, sharing the odd meal/drink/film etc.
I have a sweet cat who sadly is unable to come with me while I live away. Therefore I’m looking for someone who loves cats and wouldn’t mind feeding her along with my other lodger. She absolutely loves lap time and cuddles, so sofa-sitters please apply!
I’d love to have someone clean, tidy, eco aware, happy to recycle and chip in with looking after the house, really taking care of it as they would any other home.
I hire a cleaner so all shared areas are included in price.
The room is a smallish double, a beautiful warm yellow, loads of storage space with large cupboards, and a view towards the back gardens.
The bathroom is next door so virtually en suite and shared with one other lodger. A cosy sitting room with TV, internet and comfy sofas, a kitchen diner, conservatory and garden are all for use.
The house is spacious, light and peaceful. I have no plans to return for some time so the property is for a long term let, (minimum 6 months). The other lodgers are out a lot so you’d often have the house to yourself!
